Must be used with the base. Will need a double light kit (or two, low profile lights) to light up.  Lights fit under the wreath, on top of or inserted in the bow base. Lights, and plastic bulbs NOT INCLUDED. You are purchasing only the wreath and the Bow base. Bow base will come with holes for light kit. Wreath comes with holes for lights as pictured on both sides
